Registration Classifications
- Institutional (Members/Non-Members) shall be physical facilities professionals, administrative or supervisory personnel employed at member institutions or systems thereof, who shall meet any additional criteria as may be prescribed in the organization’s bylaws.
- Business Partners (Members/Non-Members) shall be individuals, organizations, manufacturers, or suppliers of goods and services operating for profit and ascribing to the policies and purposes of ERAPPA and wishing to support the activities of ERAPPA, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Designation to this category shall not be construed as endorsement, actual or implied by ERAPPA.
- Exhibitor Booth Badges are available only to confirmed Sponsors and Exhibitors. Registration inclusions vary by sponsorship and exhibitor level. Additional company representatives should register under the appropriate Business Partner registration category.
- Guests are an attendee’s spouse, partner, or personal friend that is neither an institutional member nor a business partner themselves.
PLEASE NOTE: Only individuals that are properly registered with name badges will be permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall of Resources or attend any ERAPPA conference event. Security will be in place to check badges at all entrances to ensure this is honored. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Companies with a confirmed Sponsorship and Exhibitor package are entitled to two (2) registrations as part of their agreement. Sponsor/Exhibitor registration includes the opening ceremony on Sunday night; admission to all professional development sessions and presentations; conference materials; access to the Hall of Resources; refreshment breaks, breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be permitted up to August 14, 2026, subject to a $75 US cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after August 14, 2026; however, substitutions are permitted at no additional expense.
